Leather Goods:

**NEW** SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY on leather bags (excludes leather biker wallets and accessories)

A leather bag from OLD SCHOOL LEATHER BAGS (OSLB – Leather Goods Section of Art Style Silver) is guaranteed for a period of 7 years from the date of successful transaction payment. The product covered by the warranty shall either be repaired or applicable part(s) replaced free of charge. Shipping both ways must be paid by the buyer, including insurance if requested. The warranty covers all faults on your leather good, except those resulting from NORMAL WEAR and TEAR and ABNORMAL USE, which will be determined through inspection by the craftsmen at OSLB. The warranty excludes leather biker wallets and accessories from Art Style Silver. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Select Wallets and Keyrings:

Exchanges are limited to Guillaume-brand wallets and keyrings only. We do not offer exchanges on any other products, including special offer items.

Exchanges:

Art Style Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To keep our low prices, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for exchanges on all items.

NOTE: Please allow up to 30 days for exchanges. Send us your request by email and we will provide you with an EMA number and a form to fill out.

All Exchanges must be received within one month of delivery date and must meet the following criteria:

1. All merchandise must be undamaged, without scratches, cracks, or any signs of wear. They must not be altered in any way or re-sized
2. We will charge $15 for shipping and handling of your EXCHANGE (funded via your PayPal account)
3. Please include a copy of the completed form for us to process the request.
4. Mail the completed form along with the items for exchange to the our address.

If we receive non-qualifying exchanges, we may charge you up to $25 to send the items back to you. Be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to us; there are no exceptions.
